Established in 1988, Portland International provides specialist
expertise in all aspects of organisational development, change management
and resourcing from full strategic reviews, top level change planning,
leadership development and culture change programmes to the delivery
of specific, targeted solutions to immediate human resource problems.
Working in partnership with our clients, we use our extensive market
knowledge and expertise in the international business arena to search,
assess and select the right people to implement the organisation's
vision and business strategy.
We help retain and maximise the effectiveness of people through
continuous performance management, involving competency-based assessment
and development as well as bespoke training and development programmes.
And, when an organisation is undergoing a period of renewal and
transformation, we offer person-centred career transition and outplacement
programmes as well as stress and work-related counselling programmes.
Recognising the need to integrate people and technology and to
exploit opportunities presented by the internet and advanced telecommunications,
we can also assist companies to operate in a more virtual manner,
egg in the areas of call centre and outsourcing consultancy as well
as virtual management development.
Our newest division, Coach International, established in 1997,
provides leadership and performance coaching and career transition
coaching as well as coach and mentor development, ensuring that
changes in the organisation's culture, attitude and performance
can be sustained long term and that knowledge is retained and transferred
to secure its future success.
