Purpose:
- to create a virtual network of corporate coaches who will support
each other in reaching individual and shared professional goals
- to encourage sharing of learnings so that we can benefit from
the respective strengths / experiences of each member
- to provide a forum for constructive debate and discussion on
professional issues/concepts/approaches/theories/case studies,
such that we can find commonality but, respecting our diversity,
can also agree to disagree
- to provide a network from which any individual coach may select
associates for specific projects for example by the development
of a common CV/resume, thus increasing our combined revenues from
corporate coaching
- to support our profession as a whole by collaborating with professional
bodies (eg ICF) on specific projects (eg conferences/workshops
etc)
- to develop and evolve a shared web-based resource (or a library
of best web sites/book lists and other references) to extend our
knowledge base and provide just-in-time learning
- to establish a co-mentoring programme where each coach may agree
to provide pro-bono personal coaching/mentoring for one other
member and receive the same from one other member (to be agreed)
What the Corporate Coaches List IS NOT:
- Free advertising for your own professional coaching services,
seminars, programmes, materials, resources (unless completely
free, ie for your own development, or where all proceeds go to
charity, or in response to a specific request for such information)
- For imparting or requesting information not specifically related
or relevant to corporate coaching
- An extension of any one corporate coaching business or training
school (including Portland International, Coach U, CCUI, CTI,
School of Coaching)
